Job Description

Mirvish Productions is seeking to fill the role of Associate Company Manager for the first-class theatre production of & JULIET and other productions in the 2025/2026 season. The role will be to manage the administrative operations of the production during pre-production and performances at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, and to represent the Producer and General Manager at the venue as a member of the Company Management team. Leadership and communication skills are foremost in the search in addition to experience in Company Management.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate travel, transportation, and housing needs
• Complete and process work permit applications and entry letters
• Coordinate opening night gifts and company hospitality
• Coordinate arrangements for medical and para-medical appointments
• Communicate company notifications to cast, stage management, musicians and crew
• Communicate with company members, creative and production team members, stage management, and production
management to identify off-stage needs and coordinate activities to ensure needs are met
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience working in theatre management
• Prior experience in Company Management preferred
• Knowledge of the Canadian Theatre Agreement
• High-level communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work evenings and weekends
