New(ish) to PACTcon

About

New(ish) to PACTcon refers to first-time or second-time attendees for the conference (those who attended PACTcon in 2025 in Halifax and/or this year in Whitehorse for PACTcon 2026). 

Those New(ish) to PACTcon will get a chance to meet other new(ish) folks, learn more about the conference and it's events and the Annual General Meeting. 

Those New(ish) to PACTcon will receive a preliminary Welcome Guide, with the final version becoming available prior to the start of the conference.

Those who identify in this category can attend this pre-conference session to best prepare themselves for the conference and maximize opportunities for learning, networking and relationship-building.

DATES

Wednesday, April 8, 2026 @ 1:00-1:30 pm - Pre-conference Virtual Meeting via. zoom 

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 starting at 6:30 pm - Pre-Conference welcome events.
