Job Description

We believe in the power of storytelling to uplift, unite, and inspire our vibrant community. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our passionate team and help bring our seasons to life. You’ll play a key role in  liaising between the Strategic Development & Engagement Manager and Content Creator to ensure the proper and timely implementation of all TOV marketing initiatives to connect with our growing audience.

Position is 20 Hours/week, in-person, in Orangeville, ON.

ResponsibilitiesWhile this new role may evolve, core duties will include:Public Relations & Media
  • Distribute press releases for all productions and events
  • Coordinate event/pre-show publicity, interviews, and media opportunities
  • Monitor local and regional media for Theatre Orangeville mentions
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, community partners, and like-minded organizations
Campaign Coordination & Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the Content Creator and Strategic Development & Engagement Manager to ensure creative deliverables align with campaign goals and oversee timelines
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate social media and e-marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate the ordering and distribution of promotional print materials (posters, postcards, signage, etc.)
  • Coordinate promotional mailings to patrons and potential audience segments
Project Coordination & Administration
  • Schedule advertisements with media outlets and ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Populate Theatre Orangeville events and productions on community calendars
  • Attend key events, fundraisers, and Opening Nights to capture audience feedback and promotional content (written, photo, video)
  • Oversee the development and distribution of Centre Stage and video marketing pieces with the Content Creator and production department
