The New(ish) to PACTcon Attendees Info Session will be taking place over zoom on:

Wednesday, April 8th, at 1pm ET.

Bought your ticket to PACTcon 2026 in Whitehorse but not sure what to expect?

Come to our Info Session for New(ish) PACTcon Attendees to learn about programming taking place at the conference. This session will go over the conference, what you can expect to get out of these events, a preliminary welcome, as well as a quick overview of our conference app.

Am I New(ish) to PACTcon?

New(ish) to PACTcon refers to first-time or second-time attendees for the conference (those who attended PACTcon in 2025 in Halifax/Kjipuktuk and/or this year in Whitehorse for PACTcon 2026). This also includes folks who haven’t attended an in-person conference since the pandemic started.

Those New(ish) to PACTcon will get a chance to meet other new(ish) folks, learn more about the conference and events like the Annual General Meeting. Those who identify in this category can attend this pre-conference session to best prepare themselves for the conference and maximize opportunities for learning, networking and relationship-building. These folks will receive a preliminary Welcome Guide, with the final version becoming available prior to the start of the conference.

Register by April 7th to receive the zoom link to this session.

If you have any questions, or if you have not yet received the zoom link for the session please reach out to Program Manager Patricia Cerra at patriciac@pact.ca
