During the pandemic, ticket buyers fell out of the habit of attending performances, leading to a smaller pool of frequent attendees. In this interactive workshop, we’ll look at comeback data trends from TRG’s COVID-19 Sector Benchmark and apply empathy-mapping techniques to explore strategies to re-engage our lapsed, casual, and first-time audience members.

This session is free and open to all, regardless of PACT membership. We particularly encourage folks in management, marketing, and development roles to attend.
